On balance based on the motd highlights I thought the overall performance was ok against a very good and in form Spurs side. First goal Rudd was a tiny margin away from a great block. Second one I thought Seb could have got closer to block out Kane's angle. Third was just a class finish. Jerome should have scored and Mbok should have done better. Onward and upward and hopefully put Villa to the sword tomorrow
The idea that we should be wrist-slitting after yesterday's result is, tbh, a bit insulting to just how classy Tottenham were. They should get CL this season if they can maintain consistency, and of course it's frustrating that they didn't play the same way against Newcastle, but the fact is we won't get relegated from a sound beating at WHL. There were a few positives to take from that game and the negatives we already knew about. We go again.
