Oops caught the send button, it depends on which Qpr team turns up on the day. It will either be the battlers from last sunday or the bottlers from the fulham game. Looking forward to this as its the first big away game for us.

Blimey...some of these Spurs fans are turning out to be rather precious aren't they? Wasn't expecting that!! It's only a thread on a football forum, why are you making such a fuss about it? As far as the game is concerned, we will miss Gabbidon at centre back and I'd take a draw now if it was offered. However, I fear we will get nothing from this game.
My apologies, the 'Y' word was not intended to be used in a racist context. I mistakingly thought it would be ok as Spurs fans sing songs using it. I accept that I was clearly wrong. I shall remove it, and so as not to cause further offence, I shall refrain from posting on this thread. All the best.
That's a really good post 999, in the interests of cross-board harmony I deliberately refrained from commenting on your original post, but nice to see you defusing the situation Incidentally, the 'y' word in itself doesn't bother me, though I know others don't like its use. But your post had a bit more to say than that, to put it mildly
I truly admire the tradition of good football at Spurs and it is clear these days they have the best manager in the country and some of the best players along with him. But I will never forgive them for robbing us of the FA cup in '82; for their pathetic chant of 'you sent your tickets back' for the replay; and most of all for the bloke who lobbed a ketchup smothered hot dog into the crowd as we walked up Wembley Way. As I said at the time, I only wanted mustard. In part reparation for that episode I will accept a capitualation by Spurs on Sunday that will deliver our 2nd of 3 underdog wins on the bounce. So much for Tottenham - bring on the City.
Thanks for removing it Northolt-QPR, but I am not impressed with your manners. I have posted a message on the Spurs board letting our fans know that they can continue the discussion with yourselves on here.
As other have said, I'm not sure if Lennon will start, I think we'll go 442 at home with VDV starting out on the right, whether he likes it or not. Lennon usually does well against Traore though so I wouldn't bee too disappointed to see him start. I think you have every chance of getting a goal against us, our defence isn't too solid and will give you chances. Due to Gallas and King picking up a lot of injuries we don't really have a regular cb partnership and as a result we usually end up with a couple of mix ups in a game. I was only joking about Gabbidon but if he is injured who would play with Ferdinand jr? Defoe/VDV and Ade will be a handful so they'll surely be kept busy. Bale has been a bit quiet in our last 2 games but I think it's partly down to tiredness, he's been non-stop for us so far this season as well as virtually carrying Wales' attack. Hopefully he's back to his best for us on Sunday, Young's a good defender and I don't think Bale will be running rings around him by any means. Do you think you might play SWP on the right to help double up on him with someone pacy?
