That was, indeed, an embarrassment to English football. Probably even more embarrassing than Arsenal's dire performance against Barcelona, where they hardly kicked the ball, and Bentner tripped over his own boot-laces in front of the Barca goal. That comedy moment could only have been funnier if his shorts had fallen down.
