you can have a go at somone for not trying, but having no technique is just inexcusable for a striker.
A tremendous effort from the lads. Couldn't have asked for any more. Tom Carroll was brilliant, as was Daws. Please AVB, play Carroll more often. He's ready to make a big impact.

I'm not surprised that we're **** at penalties, as it's not like our players have had any practice. It was always going to be a big ask from knackered legs, though. Vertonghen has to hold his hands up for this one, I think.

Come on PNP it's one kick! I know fatigue plays a part but we never win a shoot out whatever the situation. It's not physical it's mental and we don't have that like other teams do. Still disappointments are what being a Spurs supporter is all about! Que sera sera.
