    In what way are Spurs the better team? Do they have a better stadium, players, how many trophies have you won under Redknapp compared to Wenger? We have played without both Nasri and Fabregas and still managed to perform well. Rest assured Wenger will find better replacements if they leave.

    WTF since when were we famous for that? Except in your own head of course. I you want to make big statements like we are in decline then you should get some actual evidence for them.

  3. He'll show his talent for the first couple of months and that would be it. Just as well for Spurs 'arry is only paying his wages. Can't inagine there would be a contract for him at the end of the year..... if he manages to get that far!!!

    Categorically - Yes! Fibreglass is gone, to Barca. Deal to be completed " within hours". And Nasri is almost certainly on his way to Citeh, by the end of the week.

    You may feel it is no longer the case, but we hear the saem thing from spurs fans every year. Please save comments for how your now a better team for when you actually do better than us. Until then your just a noisy little brother.

    Try reading the posting. What I am saying is, that AT THIS MOMENT, we are probably the better looking side. The past now, means nothing, and who Wenger may, or may not, bring in, remains to be seen.

    Compared to 14 years (or however long its been) of never being good enough to compete in Europe in the 1st place I would say it is.

    @NowsufferinginSpain

    What makes you think Spurs are currently the better looking team?

    Since CURRENTLY Fabregas and Nasri are Arsenal players and we have added new players to our team which give different styes of play. And spurs have added Adebarndoor (who for the record i think is a great signing for you guys). Surely since we did better than you last season and have now added to our squad that leaves us in the better position?

    Feel free however to point out where i'm getting this wrong and give some reasons for why spurs look better.

    Ahh yes, a ball hasn't been kicked yet, the transfer window hasn't even closed and Spurs are the "better" side. <doh> IMO the reason why we have been performing badly is because of these very players, who don't want to be at our club. Right now, you are basing your arguments on an article from the "Daily Fail".

    Lol hadn't even noticed he spelt my name wrong!

    @Ensiluokkainen

    Thats a real shame. I wouldn't read too many of my comments then as i type them out quickly, never re-read them and do not care in the slightest if they are littered with small mistakes provided the meaning is conveyed to my audience ;)

    I'l be happy with you being better than us in pre-season anyday as long as we are still better than you on the pitch.

    Old 606 was littered with Gooners comparing stats of Spurs and Arsenal players. I gave you evidence that you're in decline, no trophies, losing your best players, fans booing your team at the end of the season, all traits of a team in decline <ok>

    <laugh> Stoopid Gooners.

    Nope sorry, I can't help you there.

    Not sure on Nasri (he came off after 66 mins for France) but Fabregas is not injured anymore, just not back to match fitness.

    And yep its a long old time of trying and failing to win the CL - best go so far is runners up. 'tis good fun being in the competition though.

    if Fab wasn't leaving, isn't injured, but isn't match fit, he'd be on the bench, ready for 20 / 30 mins in case he was needed.
