Thank you, Spurf, for yet another great effort. Thank you, AVB and co, for putting in a big shift, this season. If we win and fail to make top 4, at least we will have had our best season, points-wise, since the PL began. And to have done it without three of our four most influential players of the past couple of seasons (King, Modric and Van der Vaart) and with a minimal net spend, is quite an achievement. To get so many points when our strikers have been anonymous for large portions of the season shows that things can only get better as adjustments are made to our squad. It has been great to see a couple of young players make the transition into valuable members of the squad, especially Tom Carroll and Steven caulker. To the players who might be appearing in a Tottenham shirt for the final time, I thank you (particularly if Benny is one of those players). The next three months will be quite boring - but, on the other hand, there is a chance I might actually get some work done.

My final prediction for this season Spurs 2 Sunderland 0 Ade (he's on a roll) and Bale (how can you bet against him)
