PnP, I did it jumping over a roll of Terram (about the size of a roll of carpet). or rather attempting to jump over a roll of Terram. After two days in bed I had to travel 6 hours along dirt roads to get to the airport and then had to walk up the airplane steps to board the aircraft. About halfway up the steps a bone decided to try to exit the right hand side of my left foot so it was a bit of a struggle. Heathrow was easy, they gave me a wheelchair and it took all of 10 minutes to clear customs. A taxi was waiting to take me to my local hospital.
