I know. I read it on my phone yesterday and I couldn't see it, couldn't put it to the tune at all. I read it again this morning and it all dropped into place. It is astonishingly good. but then I've said all this before and I'm almost running out of superlatives to describe the songs. I just wish he'd get it wrong one week and I can have a different reaction.
Really appreciate the kind comments, Bajan, Maggie and SD. To be honest, it's knowing that these efforts are appreciated that keeps me going. I keep thinking I'm going to call it a day, but then another idea springs to mind! And, like any performer, I do depend on having an audience and a response. So thanks hugely for all your encouragement. Maybe now is the time to invite anyone to nominate a song for me to re-word. That'd be a challenge! (Can't promise I'd be capable, but I'd give it a go, if anyone cares to choose a "victim" for me........)
