Top scorer with 10 points OnlyOneDB. Moving him to 1 point of not being last or at least to gaining some company in the hallowed last spot. Hardly a breath before we go to Newcastle on Tuesday for the ridiculous midweek start time of 8.15 as the TV takes its 2 pound of flesh. Everyone predicted and some even gained some points and places.

COYS

The manager has been changed. Levy has gone. But little has changed, in term of match results. The constant factors are most of the players - and the fans. So what can we do together? Simples! If the players show they care, and put their bodies on the line, then we are waiting to respond vociferously. At every match I’ve been to, the noise at the kick-off has been almost overpowering. It’s when standards start to sip on the pitch that the whole show goes pear-shaped. We want to cheer! This song is an attempt to express my frustration and loyalty. It might have to do for Saturday’s game as well. I’ll have to see how things go in the meantime. Here are the Fortunes with their rendition – let’s pray our fortunes take a turn for the better tonight!!!

When I see those games go slipping by
I know a fan shouldn't cry.
(But) here it comes again, that feeling,
Here it comes again!

When I see that look in players’ eyes,
No matter how they try,
(Well now -) here it comes again, that feeling,
Here it comes again!

I find I'm cry-why-why-why-in cos it’s true!
I know little I can do-o-o-o-
But I’m not alone – the problem’s grown!
We never win at home!
(And) here it comes again, that feeling,
Here it comes again!

When Ange got sacked, a fire went out inside of me.
But still I looked for Frank to set us free.
But it’s still the Spurs I love today,
Though now, though now, though now they break my heart!
Here it comes again, that feeling,
Here it comes again!

I find I'm cry-etc
Now I'm on my own, etc
Here it comes again, that feeling, etc

Prediction: Barcodes 2 Spurs 1
Scorer: Muani
