The Optimism Express seems to have run out of steam I'm afraid. To my mind, the worst possible result from this game would be a draw - as it will simply allow us to maintain the status quo and continue papering over the cracks. Part of me also wants us to avoid a narrow victory for the same reasons, unless it is thoroughly deserved. Maybe a humiliation will finally get the message through to this group of players that they seriously need to up their games if this season is going to be a success.
I'm predicting a defeat for the first time since I joined this forum.

I'm really not looking forward to going to their hovel on Sunday. Usually I go with a hope of nicking a result, this time I can only see a battering for us. Hope I'm wrong!!

Agree entirely, sadly. But papering over the cracks or not, I'd still take another draw! <laugh>

That's Pochettino at the Emirates right? Bit much to be so specific when it includes 3 different teams he's managed. Pochettino's not lost their with us.
