Well now, it looks like Denmark's hopes of qualifying for the WC just took an upswing. A few days ago I pointed out that to qualify the following needed to happen... Last night's results: Denmark 2 Malta 1 (Eriksen scoring the winner) Italy 1 Bulgaria 0 Czech Republic 1 Armenia 2 Slight problem, though - now there's three teams on nine points in the running for the play-off place (Denmark, Czech Republic, Armenia) whilst Bulgaria are on ten.
