Just came across this on YouTube as it was in my recommendations and couldn't help but think of @"Thanks for that Brian" as it was always one of my favourite tracks on Machine Gun Etiquette. This is definitely a million miles away from Dave and the Captain, and I'm not sure what Mrs B would have to say about the outfits the girls are wearing! Sorry I ought to add I do know it's originally an MC5 classic, just that I always think of The Damned whenever I hear it.

RIP Tony Bennett, the line " To be where little cable cars climb halfway to the stars " , that line does not get any better in any song in my opinion
Age 96 he could still do it until a few years ago , I saw him at the Royal Albert Hall about 20 years ago and he held the audience spell bound with his voice ,charm and reminiscence

A true great - right to the end! What a voice!
I loved his ability to engage and relate to young singers like Amy W and Lady Gaga.
    RIP indeed!

I appreciate the effort, at least. Not sure I'm the intended audience.

    Primarily the Catholic church....
Sadly, she suffered with mh issues through her life, but she was always genuinely committed to causes, especially shining a bright light on child abuse.

It seems that the death by suicide if her 17yr old son was just pain too hard to bear. Very very sad!

This goes a tiny sliver towards making up for Crunchyroll being paywalled to buggery these days...

A later example of Ms O'Connors good taste as far as that slimeball was concerned....this from when he was hounding her to go in his show just after the death of her son.

I didn't know that he co-wrote and was lead singer on 'Take it to the Limit '.
Tracking his career isn't a very happy read....
    RIP <rose>

    Away f
Away from the music he had a couple of strange incidents, his wife shot and killed herself by accident when the gun she was moving went off accidentally, Meisner was in the same house at the time but not in the same room
The stalker who continually impersonated him and Don Henley, running up hotel Bills and car hire

That first one was very strange. The gun went off IN the case! <yikes> That happens a lot ...
Police 'said' that security footage showed him in another part of the house. Mmmmm....<laugh>

Good luck to him. He's posted a couple of positive updates, so I hope it goes well.

I mainly posted this to point out that their bassist needs an image change.
