Unfortunately i'm not, to be able to do that i would probably need to do a phd (100,000 words, ive only got 7,500) and use a variety of clubs from a variety of geographic locations etc in order to compare and contrast and make valid arguments.

Unfortunately not due to the word count and time i have available, that is more of a PHD project (100,000 words, i only have 7,500) but it would be good to be able to make a comparison on the satisfaction from different clubs of geographic location and especially if different services were offered.

Done the best I can with it. Some of the questions I've just rated at 3 as they don't really apply to my situation.

Just done your form Olliespurs. Although a lifelong fan I do not attend matches now as I moved away. Could have done with another option on some of the questions, ie: how much spent on tickets. Opted for the lowest one even though the true answer is zilch!

Yeah thats fine! I understand that every situation is different so the questionnaire is quite generalised, so that its applies to the majority of people. Like in relation to tickets, ive got to account for season ticket holders aswell as match day ticket buyers.
