    True story

    When I was younger I used to always want a mixed grill as they weren't really available in halal

    Then as things got betterr I had one

    Just starting Day 3 here. Managed a full fitness session with trainer and a short run finishing 20mins before breaking fast so just dates and water in the car.

    Just had a really nice piece of tenderloin for Sahur and can have a bit of a lie in now.

    Found out we get live coverage of Royal Wedding here but no bloody cup final.

    Woke up 11:30, drinking coffee. Will probably put my mind to breakfast over the next three cups. Dinner will be something hot and spicy but not sure yet, made some sweet potato and flour chapatis yesterday and they work really well. You?

    Had some chicken thigh, cut into strips and cooked quite dry with peppers n spices, with boiled rice

    Also some tilapia fillets grilled and a custard slice for desert
