If you're six foot and about 12 stone then I struggle to imagine you needing to worry about your weight! Even up at 14 and a half you'd just look normal I'd imagine..

When I was 14 10oz I looked quite big - classic beer belly and neck.

At 12st 4 I look quite thin on legs, shoulder and arms. Quite trim.

Just a little bit of muffin top and little bit of chin - although I'm not sure I'll ever get rid of bit of chin.

Funny how fat distributes to different places of the body depending on the person!
 
Great thread. I can't imagine Spurlock at the gym, how can you bench press and hold a spliff

I have gym at my work and also have a gym I go to with Mrs G4E.

I hate the thought of going to the gym but once I get there I enjoy the workout

Need to work off the Christmas excess so need to get motivated.
derp, you smoke the J first, then gym when you're stoned, anything that is boringly repetitive is better stoned

I do the 5/2 diet, I eat what I want 5 days a week then get all my '5-a-days' on my fasting days as you can eat a tonne of veggies and stay under the 600 calories. I do a lot of bike riding. I used to do stairs every day, up and down 2 flights 55 times which worked out as slightly more than going up and down the Empire State building (stoned of course). I went from 16st to just under 12 with a BMI of 22, which is perfect.
the Chrimbo/NY week ****s it up slightly though, I'm about 12 1/4 atm, I'll just thrown in an extra fast day every week, one day on, one day off, til I'm back to being perfect.

A lot of my mates get stoned before training. That **** isn't for me. I'm not as strong and not as motivated, after a bifta.
 
I'm building up my pair of big bollox atm. Got a pair of 100kg weights attached to each and doing squat lifts. Got them swinging over my head tbf.
