I took the piss on the politics thread, but made a joke about 6 and 7 figure sums, tbph it went straight over the top of their heads. I knew of Gerrard's fook up a couple of months back, so was playing off that. The joke on here was HiaG is always banging on about attendances and his imaginary 75k plus gates. I guess my wind-ups are getting too complex for this lot on here, i will have to tone them down to stupid level.
Tbh mate, i rarely go to games just for the football these days, i got for the whole day experience, where it's a good excuse for a piss-up, grab some scran as you call it, and have a laugh with some mates and to meet some old friends. I'd have probably done it, not because it's Wembley, can't stand the place, but just opportunity for a weekender.
