I have mentioned my fave mare Sprogzilla more than once before, so apologies for wasting your time!

When she was second at 20-1 in March I promised her trainer, Hannah, that I would buy her a bag of carrots (Sprog, not Hannah) when I next visited. Here she is enjoying her treats :)

Hannah has got a couple of "new" ones in her small yard - Cliffside Park who she got from Ollie Murphy who is said to be "sour" (Cliff, not Ollie) and they are hoping a change of scenery will spark him back into some kind of form. She has also got another from Ollie, Motueke who is on a hatrick but has been off the track since October and is only just coming back into work, so may not be seen for a while yet. I have both in my tracker, so hopefully I will be buying more carrots soon :D

At Hannah James stable again. This is her newest foal, bred from her own mare Meg (sorry pedigree unknown by me). Dad is Scorpion. This little fellow is Max - although the side on pics I took were rubbish so head only. Just getting rid of his baby fur and looks to be developing into a dark brown.Feel free to ignore this!

What a wonderful jumping pedigree. It's something special to see Fortino there as the great great grandsire. Was there ever a more specialist jumping sire?
Living in the North East I can also see Camden Town who once won at Teesside Park (Stockton on Tees) and was a pretty good miler/10f horse but was a half-brother to 2000G winner High Top and an uncle to a fine NH sire Old Vic.
Good on you. Your hair looks pretty dark to me!

And before you ask ..... the answer is NO!

Behave!

Her stepfather shoots big game in Africa, and I wouldn't want to be another head on their wall <laugh>

An explanation for this ressurected post - there have been a raft of thread deletions with the search facility compromised. Ron found this old thread of mine - I was looking for it to add news of Sprogs offspring, a filly by Frontiersman. Pictured here at 5 hours old.

The threads haven't been deleted Reebs. Just the search facility doesn't find them.
