Well now it's happened. An offside is identified by the officials but they allow the play to go on and someone is pointlessly injured trying to score a goal that won't stand anyway. This has to stop.

Been saying this for a long time. The practice is plain madness and this had to happen at some point. I cannot for the life of me see any merit in not making a decision in real time. What is the lino there for if not to make decisions even if we think they are crap most of the time.

 

He was miles offside too. Not that that’s necessarily a guarantee of them getting it right…..
