FGR...1-0...Sheff W...F/T..........That was a surprise......quite happy to have my joker trashed.

So still a game in hand over us.....but they are 2pts behind still

Well done FGR. They weren’t the better side but they decided they’d win and made it happen. Garrick scored a cheeky flip by getting just in front of his marker after good play down FGR’s right. In truth they had the next best chance too.

The thing about Wednesday is that apart from Bannon, they have no characters.

We have Capn Dan Scarr, mischievous pirate king. We have “Wilson, James Wilson. Vodka martini, shaken not stirred”. Bali Mumba, speed merchant. Matt Butcher, east end bad boy. Danny Mayor, principal dancer, Ryan Hardie, Glasgow hit man.

Wednesday huffed and puffed but in the end, in a bizarre way, FGR deserved it

Exeter...3-1...Barnsley...F/T.....WOW now that's a result.

Of course we've got to come here as well.......so that will be hard.

Cheltenham...0-0...Sheffield W...H/T.

There doing ok at the moment......just need to keep Bannan quiet.

Cheltenham...2-2...Sheffield W.

Disappointing late equalizer gets Wednesday a point.

Argyle still top by a point on equal games played now with Wednesday.

38,180 Wembley tickets have been sold by Argyle by Wednesday.....still available until Friday....unless they have met the total available of course.

Bolton have reached...33,940.

Some half-time scores.

Barnsley...3-0...Morecambe
Derby...0-1...Ipswich
Sheffield W...1-1...Lincoln

Sheff W...top on goal difference.

Full-Time.

Barnsley and Ipswich both get 3pts.

BUT....Sheff W can only draw at home to Lincoln.

Steven Schumacher has revealed that he only had two strikers available for Sundays Papa Johns Final.

Hardie and Cosgrove where the only two....he had planned for one to start and the other on rhe bench.

1..... Ennis picked up a groin injury and could miss a couple of weeks,

2.....Waine has an ankle injury and will be back first.

3.....Grant seems to have a thigh problem still and will miss a couple of weeks as well.

So Schumacher had to change his starting eleven because of these injuries.

Suddenly we have a lack of goal scorers going into this intense run in for promotion.....with the wobbly defence that we have leaking goals...we now find that we are struggling to score as well.

Not a good day today.....not only do I hear that our enlarged squad from the January window is suffering injuries and have only two strikers......(why do we have so many injuries ?).....I was also disappointed this morning when I pull back our bedroom curtains to find that our two magnificent magnolias that where just on the verge of full flower....had succumbed to frost and were turning brown....you wait over eleven months for them to display their full glory and frost can in one night deprive you of that moment of beauty.

Last game of the season away to Port Vale.....that seems to be the only game that I can see the possibility of any team doing the double over us.

How significant might that be ?

Morecambe home and Lincoln away are definitely on ArgyleTV and Shrewsbury away and Bristol Rovers home, both on Tuesdays, are highly likely to be available too. You'd need:
  1. £10 per match
  2. A decent internet connection
  3. A device to watch it on (i.e. laptop or tablet)
  4. Ideally, but not essentially, the ability to cast the pictures up onto your TV.
The quality will be better for the home games - Argyle have superior kit at Home Park than most if not all League 1 clubs. The coverage at away grounds is more like the TV highlights shot from a single camera, but with an Argyle commentary, but still worth watching at this stage in the season.

Argyle don't announce the coverage until close to the game, presumably so as not to impact ticket sales but virtually every game (if not all), except Saturday 3pm kick-offs, have been on somewhere.
