On the way back down went up to nearly 17 stone currently around 14 and slowly heading towards 12st 8lbs but being on holiday has put a big dent in progress

Serious well done. Not easy. Currently at an all inclusive on Rhodes and there are some seriously obese beached whales just working on their first heart attack. Sad. I think the 'fat is the new beautiful' is not helping.
