Yeah I don't know much about the story bro, just the headlines.

The whole issue around the 2nd Amendment is so outdated. It's purpose is no longer valid and it is now only perpetuated by the gun lobby, who prey on the fears of the paranoid dumbed down American.

It's a fundamental flaw in a modern functioning democracy to be able to walk into a shop and buy a pistol, shotgun or semi automatic with virtually no checks.

 

Not seen that, so the kid did have a gun. Play with guns you end up dead. The cop has a split second to make a decision in, he made the wrong call, but the kid shouldn't have had a gun.

 

It won't change mate. I think more or less every American family has a gun somewhere in the house.

 

i'm actually less sympathetic to the 13 year old one than the adam duarte case.

Yes the boy has a gun and he's playing with fire but he already ditched the gun by the time he turns around to the police. He did everything the police told him to, stopped, hands up, turns around and he still gets shot.

Did you see the video PNP put up Bobby? Only reason I ask is he still has the gun, he only drops it as he turns round, imho the cop has only a split second to make a decision in.

you know what, i decided to watch PNPs video (i half watched it earlier and was skipping it as i already saw the two videos beforehand) and i see in pnps video they freeze frame it and show the gun in his hand so i take back what i've said.

Obviously he should have just dropped it on the floor rather than throwing it to hide it but it's still a bit **** that he listened to what they said and still got his ass capped.

 

I think your right Bobby, the kid was going down either way, the cop was too psyched up, guns tend to have that effect on people.
