Anyone who wants to take a kid to watch someone play football then he is someone to watch and learn from, hardly ever give the ball away and made playing look so easy.

He asked if he was there to fulfil a quota. That immediately makes him a racist, apparently.
Despite the Director General of the BBC stating they are introducing quotas which aim for a higher percentage of BAME people than there is in the general population, A reasonable question because you have to ask if the person in question was employed on ability as he is not very good.

I think the vast majority of adverts on T.V,in newspapers etc have all overshot their 'quotas' these days.

 

To me the only thing that should count is ability.
