Sports Personality of the Year

Erm I think hes alluding to the fact you said he'd been British since 2008, which does actually make him....British. Or do you think there's a min length of time for one to be considered properly British?

 

I think that pretty much hits the nail on the head of how I feel about Froome.

 

Oh Im not disputing that, the fact is though, BCC stated the guy was British then questions how he can win British Sports Personality of the Year.

Question is I guess, although he IS British now, why don't you consider him to be British?

Actually a better question would be (I cant be arsed googling it): How does one become British?

 

Unsure on this but weren't both of his parents from England......

 

Genetically and culturally British.
