    Really? I thought the council only owned the land the stadium was on and the club owned the actual stadium itself.

    Believe so, therefore it is still St James Park, the stadium logo still said St James Park this morning and the club don't have the right to change it. Therefore still St James Park.

    It's a sign that your own team is SO **** when the only shred of happiness you get comes from another team changing their stadium name <laugh>
