Commentators saying it's "Game over" when a team is 2 or 3 goals down. Then when the losing team scores a goal they're "Right back in it" Surely it can't be game over if they only needed one goal to be back in the match?
At the end of the day we're all gonna get a bit frustrated with the cliches from time to time, but that's football aint it. We should just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand, I.e getting behind the team, and giving them 110% through thick and thin. I really think we can learn from this experience.
Something simalur on MOTD a few weeks back, fulham were being out played and 1-0 down, then they scored and they said "what a come back back, I've never seen anything like it"....scoring a goal is hardly the comeback of the century!
