They forget it’s entertainment Unless players are at risk of a 90mph delivery from Nortje knocking them out in poor light, they should have been able to have played to a finish if the captains agreed
I'll believe it when I see it, but it'll be a massive fight if it does get done. Big stadium event, despite Joshua having been beaten badly twice by Usyk. I'm guessing December places it in Saudi, though.
Federer is retiring. Not a huge tennis fan, but will watch the big finals and the best players. His half of the court seemed smaller because he always seemed to be in the right place and was able to play the shot he wanted, especially at Wimbledon. The best make it look effortless. So much played between the ears.
I don't follow cricket anything like I used to, but this guy appears to have come from nowhere! Certainly looked very impressive yesterday. Hopefully, will be a consistent performer at that level.
St Helens again. A phenomenal team in a tough sport. A lot of hard work, putting your body on the line time after time. RL is a salary capped sport - so it takes more than just money.
The thing about rugby (both codes) is that the game is a very physical contact sport yet there are few complaints, no feigning of injury and potential sources of provocation are usually nipped in the bud and rarely escalate. The refs are on the ball, rarely make bad decisions and the video ref process is swift, accurate and never controversial. Why can’t football learn from this ?
