I've driven in Nevada and remember that it's an offence to have an already opened bottle of booze in the car....even in the boot! This bloke's rightly in serious trouble.
Yorkshire CCC needs to step up - and quickly. This is the greatest county in the history of English county cricket; it has produced so many English cricketers and continues to do so - not only the current England captain, but one of the finest one day players in the world, who happens to be from Bradford, but is a Muslim of Pakistani decent. So they should know better than most that there is no place for racism on cricket or the for the failure to call it out or condemn it. In the face of a damning report, sitting on their hands is not a good look.
The 156mph in a residential area as well. Once the impact statements come in from the witnesses and friends/family of the victim no judge with any kind of conscience with go for the minimum sentence.
Vaughan's clearly a complete dickhead, but there's nothing wrong with this one: please log in to view this image Marlon Samuels was being massively racist. Calling him out on that is fine. The idea that Vaughan shouldn't do it because he's white and Samuels is black is racist itself.
The batting never really got going. This is the problem when you win games easily batting second as England did often - the middle order didn’t get a hit and when needed today weren’t 100% on their game. Roy and/or Buttler did most of the work in the earlier stages. Probably 20-25 runs short on a pitch which had had a 200+ and two 189 scores in the tournament. Couldn’t afford that bad Jordan over in the circumstances
Terrible discipline throughout the game (2nd half especially) . Outscoring your opponents 3 to 1 on tries and only squeezing home by 1 pt, is not a great look.
Penalties should be worth 2 points, not 3. It ruins the spectacle when there a number of infringements, resulting in endless penalty kicks. Effectively penalised 3 points for what would just be free kicks in football. No incentive to run with the ball, be creative and score tries.
