Add it to the list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evander_Kane#Personal_life_and_legal_issues Never heard of him before, but that's quite a history he's got!
"Evander Kane signed a 7 year / $49,000,000 contract with the San Jose Sharks, including a $12,000,000 signing bonus, $49,000,000 guaranteed, and an annual average salary of $7,000,000. In 2021-22, Kane will earn a base salary of $7,000,000." Also this ****: On January 11, 2021, Kane reportedly filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in California after amassing $26.8 million of debt. Maybe our Kane's not so bad, after all?
Has he considered starting various businesses under fake names so he doesn't have to declare it? It's what Grant Schapps did - or, as the HMRC know him, Michael Green,Corinne Stockheath or Sebastian Fox...
England make light work of the West Indies. The whole team out for a score Chris Gayle usually manages to score in 20 balls!
Quainton De Koch living up to his name. Supports taking the knee but refused to do so cause it is required at short notice. Now his career is on the line it is no longer an issue.
A good day all round for some of us. But the highlight has to be watching England annihilate the Aussies. Incredible performance- set up by great bowling and fielding and finished off by the most destructive batting. England looking very strong so far., although T20 can be decided by one player having a good or bad day. Hard to see England losing when chasing at present though. If Roy doesn’t get you, Buttler will - or Bairstow - or Livingstone - or Moeen. Such powerful batting.
And as you say one low key performance and you can be out. New Zealand or Pakistan in the semis will be tough. I hope Buttler hasn't peaked too soon, been brilliant so far.
Butler has been awesome, but in the first three games the bowlers set up easy chases for the batsmen. The bowling (and fielding) was excellent too when it mattered against Sri Lanka. If those performances can be maintained, England’s batting is plenty good enough to beat any other team. But in this format, it only takes one good or bad passage of play to turn a game on its head. The test for England will be if they bat first and have a bad powerplay. How well can the so far untested middle order do if 30-3 after 6 overs with no Buttler?
https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id...6-mph-seconds-fatal-car-crash-prosecutors-say What a tragic story this is. Thoughts with loved ones of the 23 year-old girl and dog who unnecessarily lost their lives. As for Ruggs III he will deservedly have the book thrown at him, inexcusable negligence and contempt for life especially given his personal circumstances and living in a cosmopolitan city whereby there are several options of private transport available.
Going over 100mph faster than the speed limit while drunk. Salary of about $4m a year, plus Adidas sponsorship and he couldn't afford a taxi? Lock this ****ing idiot up forever, ta.
It's a Class B felony so he's looking at 2-20 years. But given the circumstances and the fact Nevada are hot on DUI he's looking at closer to 20 than 2. I won't go into the detail as it's distressing but I'd happily throw away the key, this isn't a "mistake" or "bad decision", it's contempt for life and wellbeing of others.
