I assume that we're trying to tempt Kane and Bale back. Includes rare sightings of Bryan Gil and Oliver Skipp.
Always a shock when famous sportsmen go because there is usually a long period (if they live to an age like Deadly) a long period when they retire and go out of the public domain. To me Derek Underwood will always be a young man who in the right conditions was completely unplayable. I'll stick to that. The worst aspect of getting old is that you are surrounded by the death of friends, family, and sporting and musical heroes.
RIP indeed. So many memories of watching him play - and mimicking his action. That final day in the Ashes test at the Oval in '68 was just astonishing, but even as a 'Surrey man' I always enjoyed watching him bowl. Mind you, he was a bloody awful fielder and his batting was best not mentioned!
My "wedding suit" is now used more for funerals, just as well I dont go to musical heroes funerals, it would be threadbare now
2 yrs ago not a chance ,the doctor had a heart to heart with me and I've lost over 66lbs in that time , I had high blood pressure, pre diabetic and painful knees and hips , glad to say that is in the past and honestly it was not a struggle
