    Well considering no one has confirmed the deadline will be extended I would go with pretty sure.

    Like MD showed if they fall on a weekend the window can be open on the Monday which would be September 2nd 2013.

    If that is the case then yes we could buy players from other clubs in September.

    If they are free agents then they can be signed up after the window closes.
