im watching chelsea v everton and the camera focused on tim cahill who decided to have a gob on the floor, normal see it every game.
an hour ago i was watching espn new, and it was about tiger woods playing in dubai, while on the green he decided to have a good old gob on the floor, and was ripped apart for it, in fact he was labelled as GOT NO CLASS,
so where do the double standard come in, both televised with milions watching, both highly paid, where does it become acceptable for one and not the other,
at least they are not like that beast el hadj diouf, sadly once of safc
no team won anything without a dodgy keeper. sir bobby robson

Me Mam ....Bless her was a school nurse ...she told stories about all the individuals she had to look after....once it was this little lass with poor respiratory function....her first task in the morning ...was to race across the playground take the lassie away and gently and continuously pat her on the back to relieve congestion.... I played centre half and centre forward and spat for England...Now when you think of all the percussion involved in Football from tackles, clambering over each others bodies ,heading...not to mention the physical effort of turning at high speed....theres no wonder about gobbing in football...even with fantastic athletes who never touch mucus producing dairy foods!....and I suppose this makes it more acceptable
