We are now, unfortunately, but it was always on the cards that Newcastle would close the gap sooner or later, on the bright side there are three worse teams than either of us, so both teams should survive this year, but its going to be tight and I also have doubts about any Cup run this season, survival is the name of the game imo.

Two bad games against teams that we'd be lucky to take points off anyway and it's panic stations, we'll be in and out of relegation many times to come, as will many other teams. Are all these people going to flap every time it happens? Of course they are, they did it last season and they've learnt **** all. I've no sympathy for people who can't learn their lesson, I hope they give themselves another season of personal torment. I'll be mocking and protesting their stupidity the whole journey.

Steve, no one's suggesting that you've made this up. And obviously, you can't name sources - that sort of loose talk can cost someone their jobs. I understand all of that. But how sure are you that these people are itk, say on a scale of 1 - 10?
