Spurs don't compete for honours, they are a midtable club currently punching above their weight.

Jose has bigger ambitions than to win a paltry Carling Cup every decade or so, he'd want to win something significant, which he can achieve at a club like Chelsea <ok>

Jose has a relationship with the fans that a fan of a club like yours will never have, understand or appreciate <ok>

You are funny, DL. Thanks for that.

Your managers aren't permitted to hang around long enough to build any relationship with the fans, because it makes your Russian oligarch jealous. So, your comment was a joke, right?

At Spurs, Quello Speciale will be loved and appreciated, not just by us fans, but by Levy and the boys on the board. We might even erect a statue of him, and give it pride of place in our new stadium - behind Bill Nicholson's statue, of course.

But your most successful manager wasn't good enough for the mighty Chelsea which is why you sacked him??

Superal, he wasn't sacked and certainly not because he wasn't good enough. His contract was mutually terminated due to disagreements with Roman.

I don't see what his issue is - his treatment of managers is pretty appalling!

  10. Indeed, we do. Which is why I feel that he will find a natural home at the Lane (or where ever we eventually end up).

To be fair i think it's just his passion and he wants the best for the club but his just goes about it in the wrong way, e.g. buying players and sacking managers

Pleased that you have comeback to your natural home on the Chelsea board.

We thought you'd gone into hiding after your 'title challenge' capitulated.

Shevchenko won more than any Spurs player has for the last 2 decades <ok>

  17. So, Gallas has won nothing, then? Or Gomes? Or Adebayor?

Same with you as demonstrated by the numerous sackings of successful managers i.e Ramos, Jol.

Perhaps this imaginary Jose Statue can be erected behind George Graham or Jacques Santini's <laugh>

I'm not surprised you'd want Jose though, after all a successful club like Chelsea is what you aspire to be.

We had G*llas, you wanted G*llas
We had Gudjohnsen, you wanted Gudjohnsen
We had Cudicini, you wanted Cudicini
We had Poyet, you wanted Poyet

Where Chelsea lead, Spurs TRY and follow and it has been that way for a while now :afro:
