Yeah got a text saying I had to see this. Very convincing, If I hadn't been watching him & his team fail for the best part of a year.
Back on topic. I wonder if MH has thought, as I have, that a win today is just going to prolong our agony. Yeah, we CAN beat the Saints (I hope), but that is the only 3 points I can see us getting for some time. Let's not kid ourselves that a win against them is going to 'kick start' our season. It ain't. We are going to get **** all at Old Trafford. As for Sunderland away, nil points, Villa at LR, draw at best etc etc. We are ****ed with this muppet in charge. Kick start our season? My arse!!!
Lets hope the players are as fired up with positivity!! The alternate view could be spank saints, get some confidence, play without pressure at Utd, get a point, more belief and were off and running!!
Exactly! If he says nothing he's passionless and boring with no personality. If he says something it's just words and means nothing!
I really hope I am wrong and that MH can turn it around. Mind you, I have been hoping that since we got tonked by Swansea in day one!
And this was the beggining of Hughes's problems. Instead of taking the defeat squarely on the chin, he blamed the players for making poor decisions. He should of took the blame and instilled the little of what remained confidence in the into them.

I think it's a valid point that Hughes won't please some on here no matter what he says. I like the fighting talk, although it does still seem to be interspersed with excuses, some of which are valid. I just find myself now yearning for a win to hopefully get us moving up the table.
MH has struggled as a manager for almost a year. His results have been absolutely appalling. There are no words bad enough to describe it. The home wins last season were an anomaly, the stars aligned and he used up all his luck in that little run. Any manager who can't win an away game with the money he's spent should be publicly crucified but the fact that he still has support shows how lightly he's getting off. TF may back him to the hilt but at some stage he might be faced with the decision to lose MH or lose the fans. He won't be here for the long haul if results don't improve.
If we lose today TF will be left in no doubt what the feelings of the fans are, we can only take so much and we're at the tipping point now...
I am actually heartened by this article but still... he needs to perform and get the results. I really want him to be successful because I do think he's doing good things for the structure of the club.
