I still think DRS should be scrapped, even if they could get it right, which they can't by a long way, it's unnecessary and has ruined many a good battle in the last two years. On the dirty air conundrum, I'm sure pre-2009 the cars used to be able to follow a lot closer than they do now, leading to daring overtaking attempts under braking. If I recall correctly the cars could follow almost half a second apart, leading the FIA to introduce the new (uglier) tall rear wings so the cars could slipstream from further back, shortsightedly not realising they'd hit turbulence further back as well meaning they now struggle to get within a second. Next season should see better racing, the cars have less downforce and more torque, probably more power too making them more similar to the cars of the 80s. They should get rid of DRS and bring back the old low rear wings.

Not convinced, I remember the dirty air being much worse pre-2009 (although the rear wings haven't done much more than shorten the gap.)
Apparently there are set to be some improvements to the facilities in Brazil after Bernie raised questions over the circuit's future on the calendar. It's supposed to be no longer in doubt.
