A quick check of the table shows that...
Arsenal have 67 points
Spurs have 65 points
Arsenal can finish with a maximum of 73 points
Spurs can finish with a maximum of 74 points

Did we ever arrange who would be getting his house?
 
Is it a "handyman's special," I wonder. If so, that would rule out the power-tool challenged amongst us. A coat of white paint with navy trim would certainly go a long way towards sprucing it up, in any case.

Hmm Weird, CpofL is my least favourite fellow Blue.
Purely because he is unnecessarily antagonistic to every non Chelsea fan who comes near our board. Even when they arent trolling.
