I thought the Linesman got it wrong in the first half and the goal that was ruled offside should have stood, and I think the penalty was a bit harsh as it looked like a fair challenge - just the Southend player went over and ours didn't - but then I would say that as a Portsmouth fan.
At 3-0 up, Pompey should have played keep ball. It is not that hard really, so IMO a very disappointing result. Having said that Sunderland and Charlton also dropped points. We just need to keep an eye on the team in 7th as the top two are away. My second point would be, when 3-1 up, why change the line-up. It is not as if Close or the Birmingham loanee have played that much.
