Also, if you are seeing it how it is then can you not at least give SM at least more than one week? Just let a little optimism flow into your bloodstream. Reignite that footballing passion. If at the end of the day and you are proven right then you will still be in the position you are now, Newcastle will be relegated and all well that ends well, yeah? Or maybe, just maybe SM gets some decent coaches, we sign a couple more decent players and we play some decent football and we finish above 15th, then what?

My feelings are that we are after 2 strikers and have a joint fee in mind. And I am thinking that amount is £20M. Now we could get Austin and another Riviere type player or we are haggling to see if we can get Austin and a Dost type player. Both quaility or we get one quality and one hmmmm!

No doubt a replacement for Clyne.

Fair point, I did get that wrong. Just general frustration with one of his first statements about having staff in by Monday is a very Ashley-tainted bit of billybullsh1t.
