Our ladies seem to have lost their way, since halftime.

Do you know what ? I think the Wolves manager just might, maybe, perhaps, be on an RAF mission....

Congratulations, ladies! Great performance!! I thought the commentary was just a tad biased towards Wolves :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Bit tighter than expected in that second half but nicely done!

Feel sorry for Wolves in the sense that no team should win their league and miss out on promotion!

Just put a message on Facebook, saying they should have a word with the first team. Losers comes to mind. Well done girls and U18 team, some Saints shirt wearers make us proud.

Everything always comes up roses for Southampton

Still, at least now that you're in the championship women's football actually exists in Hampshire now!

Why was it played in Stockport? Seems an odd place for a neutral venue given both clubs location?

Would have thought they could have made it two legged given it’s been three weeks since either of the teams last played (I think).

Was surprised by the number of Saints fans that appeared to be there though, it looked like it must have been over 1k, could see and hear them fairly clearly. Better than I expected.

Apparently if Saints had been unable to accept promotion to the Championship for any reason, they would have been replaced, not by Wolves, but by Oxford United, who came second in the National League Southern Premier Division. Likewise Wolves would have been replaced by Derby County.

    Makes no sense at all.

Yeah I heard this on TSB. Absolute joke. And as they said, if people want to women’s game to be taken more seriously then they need to cut out nonsense like this

Bring back Claude, I say. At least he got us 8th place and could grind out results …. :emoticon-0112-wonde
Oh yes - the fans wanted him out because a lot of them wanted “more exciting football”.
    Well - they got it.
    The Chelsea game was exciting.
    The Liverpool games were exciting
The City games were exciting …..

What are you expecting? Champions League football? With virtually no money?
We’re a mid/lower table club with mid/lower table players (apart from JWP) ……
Unless we can unearth some more jewels like Virgil, Sadio, etc ……

I just wish some fans would get real. Who would you pick as manager then, RS? Big Sam? Mourinho? :emoticon-0114-dull:
