Let’s face it, we haven’t had much to smile about recently, but that result is absolutely magnificent. Absolutely buzzing.
I will say that Spurs got it horribly wrong in bringing off Moura. Because whilst we in general improved our level significantly in the second half, it was still the case that Vestergaard was absolutely awful - an absolute horror show from him - until Moura left the field. Fair play to Jan though, he was able to put that performance behind him and for the final 15 or 20 mins, he was so much better (equally PEH, who also took a longer time than others to improve).
As good as Spurs were in that first half, and they were very good, that second half performance was a bit of a disgrace really, not one player looking to take control for them and their mentality is appalling for a team with that talent. Still no plan B it seems too.
Even without that goal, James was so key today. Bursting forward, getting back, looking to make things happen. He has matured so much this season.
But nah it was brilliant mate, thought he'd be too young really but he was really involved in it. What a match too and obviously it ain't a good thing for you but as said above some really special moments and memories there
