    I almost forgot what it was like to a have a manager who knows what a bad performance looks like, and is able/willing to rectify it.

    From possibly our best worst 45 minutes of the season, to possibly our best 45 minutes of the season. Should have been 3-0, maybe 4-0, down at HT. Could have won 4-1.

    Well that was fun.

    After the final whistle blew, anyroad.

    A couple of games ago I was thinking, which of our players would any other club even want? Now I can think of at least two.
    Wonderful game, Spurs were really good but profligate and JWP and Redmond are reborn.
    And I am off for a curry. What a time to be alive.,

    We've earned 21 points in 14 games since Arsenal at home.

    That's 1.5 pts per game, or, 57 for the season.

    That (57) would have had us finish in 7th position last season.

    Is the fact that all lesser teams having the same complaint pointing to a league wide problem. Refs just try not to be the news so give the big teams the advantage. No banner headlines on Sunday.

    Think we got helped by Spurs arrogance today.
    Like a cat toying with a mouse, they could have finished us off first half, but got a little complacent. Poch admitted this in his post match...well done to Ralph for making the change and getting JWP in the centre and allowed us to control possession better. Romeu & Hoijberg both gave up possession cheaply

    Given that I wasn't at the Swansea away game last season, that might be the best win I've attended since Sims and Long (two hugely influential changes today, as it happens) at Anfield.

    It absolutely beats the Arsenal win in December.

    I think Ralph would agree. For an hour today, that is the most annoyed I've seen him. And at the end, about as relieved as I've seen him. Massive result.
