Don't forget how long it took them to sack Puel. I mean we all knew he was gone, but they managed to drag it out for about a month.

This is a completely different scenario. Last season we were under no threat of relegation and finished 8th. This season is a different matter.

Season was over. Les was trying to get money for him.

This time things are the other way around, and waiting could cost Les a whole lot money. If there's one thing our Les seems to like, it's a nice bank account.

We're making a big assumption that the board are going to get rid, they might want to give him more time...

I’ll save some time and shoot Les in the feet, and cut his nose off right now if you like?

Real M will get rid of Zidane before Southampton's board act!

If they do then they should all be sacked on the spot. Cut-off point has passed.

Oh I know, it was a lighthearted jibe at our board. I'd hope that they've been working on a replacement for some time. We're in quite the precarious situation. They need to get the manager decision and the transfer window right. Big month or so coming up.

Similar thing with the January transfer window. I think people are making a big assumption there too.

In reality, I don't have much faith in Les fixing his mess both on and off the field over the next five weeks.

well, i voted out and we had an upturn in form for a couple of weeks. I've decided whether or not to change my vote now for sure.

As soon as I saw that line up I thought I knew how this would go. MP fielded the same line up he fielded at the start of the year with the addition of Austin and the result was exactly what we expected. a goal from Austin in an otherwise drab and lackluster performance. With Austin out MP2 is up **** creek with a **** team in a boat made of **** on a **** run of results and little but **** to look forwards to. Even if he beats Spurs and Man Utd it will take the rest of the season to convince me he knows anything about football management.

Potentially the wrong man at the wrong time but Peter Bosz recently became unemployed. At least it would be attacking

I really don't get waiting to sack him/giving him another game or so.

For me, I'd do it tonight. He can then go and spend Christmas with his family properly as they haven't all moved over have they?

Just get it out of the way and put the poor bloke out of his misery.

Now all we need is a public vote of confidence, another loss or two and he'll go.

Would appreciate if anyone could summarise that interview?

The expectation is you have to win and we don’t deserve to drop points. Les and Ralph have both been managers and understand how hard my job is, and I have their full support.

De Boer, Billic, Pulis, Bergkamp, Koeman, Van Gaal, Laudrup, Giggs, Karanka, Jokanovic, Advocaat, Michael O'Neill, Bielsa, Pearson, Rodgers, Wilder, Monk, Rowett, Strachan, Klinsmann, Martin O'Neill

That's the list of everyone (excluding Britton) who is 25/1 or under to be the next Swansea manager. I'd imagine that any list for us in the near future would look fairly similar.
