I said before Liverpool that it had been very quiet which I generally find worrying when it comes to Saints.

Ive been calling for a back 3 for a long time but it's pointless imo if we're only going with two forward players.

We shouldn't be worrying about Everton too much rather we should be working out how to become more of a threat.

Not from a horses mouth, so there's still hope that its not as bad as we fear, but a mate who usually digs well.
Like you though, I've just had a feeling its more sinister for a while now. The one bright spark of the season. So unfair.

First time here for a few days as been busy in Atlanta. Trying to work UK hours whilst living on US hours is taking its toll. Still, got Thanksgiving and Friday off so I should catch up.

So on to the game. I was lucky that I have yet to see how **** or who was to blame for the Liverhampton game, I was on a plane over the Atlantic and did have regular updates from @fatletiss via text (had free messaging on Delta :) ), so glad I didn't bother with the WiFi.

This one kicks off at 8:30am for me, so nice bloody mary, watch a loss, then onto the main event of Sunday for me. In a VIP box for the NFL - Atlanta Falcons v Tampa Buccaneers.

Never thought I would be looking forward to a football game that they use their hands more than their feet, use a odd shaped ball and have cheerleaders (ok that bit is a lie), more than a Saints game. But hey ho.

    Prediction?

    Saints 1 Everton 3.

As was put on the first post:

Watching a victorious RK waving to the Everton support would have been too much for me to bear.

It's not football. How can it be, ffs, no feet make contact with the ball?

Not sure. Didn’t MP say in the pre Liverpool interview he had been training well but it was too soon for last weekend? That suggested to me he would be OK for Everton

Apparently, (and I really must look this up otherwise i will be one of those annoying people who have an amazing ticket for a sell out game but don't know what is going on), they have a kick after a touchdown and also at kickoff? Must look into it though :)

I have my Atlanta Falcons top (you are allowed it in a box here) with Ryan on the back and front. Apparently he is quite good. Sort of Atlanta's Rickie Lambert from our championship year :)

I understand secrecy where it would help the enemy, but Saints withhold information to a ridiculous extent

I'll have a Atalanta top on tomorrow if they can rough up the blue boys.
Sorry off topic for adding an 'a' ;)

To bring it back slightly on topic, I bet I get a higher score at the NFL game than I will watching this on NBC Sports :)

See if you can upload a pic of the top.

When I have attempted to watch gridiron in the past, I have generally quit at the point where the commentator says "it's fourteen down and ten in the Forty-Niner's twenty two".

They also have field goals (think penalties in rugby where they kick it). Ryan is pretty good, Falcons overall having a pretty mediocre year though after making the Superbowl last year, and blowing the biggest lead in Superbowl history. Julio Jones is their truly elite player.

Back on topic Everton will win, 1-0.

Yep my daughter got me the top and said "who do you want on it?" I just went to the Falcons website and saw who had most coverage. Was a toss up between Jones and Ryan :)

Back on topic, II think Everton will be like Falcons:

"Falcons are birds of prey and are therefore known for their incredible hunting skills and being a ruthless, dominant predator within their environment."

Can't see anything beyond a 3-1 loss with our goal being an Everton OG.
