I was resigned to going down and had come to terms. now they sodding well have given me some hope!!!!! Why do this to me? 35 points not likely to be enough but sodding hell, we are still in the mix. Back to tense Saturdays again watching the bloody computer and getting all worked up. Not good for me at all.

Congratulations guys - a bit smash and grab, but you highlighted our limitations there - lots of lovely possession with not enough end product.

Best of luck for the rest of the season - you might just do this!

    Thanks for the kind words.

Very much a smash and grab - I now know what was meant by the term 'relegation dogfight.'

In truth, your limitations aside we once again have the outstanding David Marshall to thank for the 3 points. I am completely biased of course, but GK in team of the season anybody?

That said, it was a fantastic effort from our entire team, you were always going to cause us huge problems as you have a much better team man for man than us, but we dug in and grafted out a, potentially priceless, 3 points at a vital time.
