Classic Liverpool - two penalties at Anfield.

I'd take Chambers off in the second half, he is offering nothing, and we need more attack, but will Wenger make the needed changes or stick with a formation that's clearly not working.

I agree the two dm system will need to change for a more attacking formation to get back in this I think.

We have struggled with corners and defending in the air for atleast 18 months now. Why the **** haven't we addressed this?!

Having 2 DM's isn't always bad and I can see why Wenger went with it, even I said I'd be tempted for Flamini-COQ, but Chambers-COQ isn't really working, and Chambers isn't adding much defensive steel so there's no point, stick Rosicky deep, put Santi in the middle, and bring on Theo for Chambers.

Still everything to play for, I still think we can win this one! We need a result here.

I still think we can get a result here as we've looked threatening. Oxo and Caz could've easily scored. At the same time though, our defence has been amateur. Pele and Ward-Prowse both had very clear cut chances that would've been punished on another day.

Despite playing with two DM's, the game is so ridiculously open and Southampton are creating at will. Something needs to be done to address this. We also need to make sure that Pele is isolated upfront as he doesn't have Mane to play off of him now.

    • Sanchez isnt a centreforward and is probably dropping too deep.
    • Oxo and Rosicky barely ever score and we are playing TWO defensive midfielders - seems like Sanchez and Carzorla are our only likely sources when it comes to goals.
    • We need either Theo or Campbell on.

Decent game, pretty even. 2-1 to Saints would have been a fairer reflection of the first half. Arsenal seem to be doing a lot of pass pass pass pass without penetrating. Saints will be happy if that continues.

Thanks Shez, you useless donkey, keep drinking your water you ****ing idiot. We will NEVER EVER reach the top with goal keepers like Shezny who's nothing more than average at best.

Time for Wenger to throw on some ****ing attacking players NOW, 2-0 down, no use in 2 DM's but watch him do **** all as he's as useless as the players he puts out there.

If I made a mistake like that in my job I'd be fired.

Why the **** don't we ever just clear the ball?

This is when our manager is useless - We need tactical changes before we go TWO goals down - not after.

In Arsenal Football Club you get to be the number 1 goal keeper for being a donkey. And you also get to be the highest paid manager in the country for a return of 1 major trophy in 9 years with constant 4th place finishes. The Arsenal way is rewarding failures and then calling those failures 'success'.
