Southampton, like Brighton, have not won in their last 7 games prior to playing us, and will be coming into the game off the back of a 6-0 home defeat.

I think we can all foreshadow what's going to happen next week.

    Can't wait...

If Arteta doesn't succeed at this club, it will be because of his ego. How can he not understand the impact this has on the rest of our team?

If we play Xhaka at left back for the remainder of the season, we will struggle to get any European football at all.

    This is insanity.

We're going into this game battered and bruised and I think Southampton will sense that and smell blood

Gonna be a long afternoon, not really looking forward to it :(

Spurs have just lost at home to Brighton, so now we have a real chance to seize this opportunity and take control of the top-4 race.

Do I think we will? No. But it's up to the players to prove me wrong.

Our younger players that have come in are too scared to take any risks -

which I can understand, but it’s stifling our creativity, we look so boring.

We’ve conceded 8 goals from the opposition’s last 14 shots on target. It just feels like every small mistake we make gets punished to the maximum.

I cannot believe how **** we are if you take tierney and partey out of the team.

also lokonga needs to go out on loan; he really isn’t ready for the first team. He’s invisible in the middle of the park.

Anyone remember the last time Arteta coached a comeback?

The thing that scares me about Arteta is that when we loose these games we genuinely look like the weaker side.

When we used to loose to smaller Clubs under Wenger(even in the last few Seasons) it was nearly always a game we should have won.

This season, the only time we've come from behind to win was against Wolves. Every other time we concede first, we generally lose.

You'd have to say that the probability is we will not win this game now.

As it stands, Man United are ahead of us in the league <doh> how have we allowed this to happen? They've been awful for ages and still find themselves above us in the league currently.

We are a total shambles. Arteta's job needs to be under serious threat. But it won't be.

FT. 1-0. 3 losses in a row. 4 losses in the last 5.

Chelsea and Man United next. Fabulous. Can't wait to finish 8th again and Arteta will still get calls to be given time <ok>

If west ham win tomorrow against Burnley, they go above us and we fall to 7th.

Like I said. I don’t think we’ll get Europe now. I just don’t see where our next win will come from.

The January transfer window looking more and more disastrous.

We will finish 7-8th. Then will get a whole heap or Arsenal fans claiming we've made progress and just need to back him in the Summer.

£250m spent last summer. Aubemeyang, Guendouzi, Mavropnos were all let go for next to NO money (and excelled at new Clubs).

I really like Arteta and wanted him to succeed but he isn't ready for a job like this.

The worrying thing for arsenal fans is that this inconsistency is with only league football since mid January.
If you finish behind us I honestly do not see how Arteta keeps his job tbh
