Two points dropped. Another terrible performance to add to the growing collection. It's very worrying when every player on Southampton's team not only matched ours, but bettered them. Sczeszny and Jack played up to Arsenal standard, but nobody else did.
HE had a terrible game. Only Chez had a good game. Maybe Giroud was ok but everyone else was poor. Sagna was just HORRENDOUS.
New year, same old **** from Arsenal, but hey, according to the new Arsenal PLC philosophy, winning ain't everything. The entire winning streak was a facade anyway that simply papered over the cracks of this team, the victory over West Brom completely fortunate down to bad referee decisions, and again very fortunate away at Wigan with the softest of penalties. This is still a very very weak Arsenal squad that is in some BAD NEED of new quality players.
We soo need a quality holding player and some quality up front. I was impressed with Luke Shaw at only 17 he's looking quite a talent.
And now the overreactions. It was poor today, but the team played well over the games they won. Today was terrible and the players and the staff have only themselves to blame.
