    Frustratingly I had knocked back the overtime and decided to go to this. Without anything from the club in the next 30 mins I'm going to be unable to travel regardless.

    I get safety is paramount but this really isn't my day <laugh>

    Well, you say that, but he was carrying some matches and a can of petrol when he parked his car. He probably couldn't get the matches to light, anyway

    Yep, cant understand the delay in cancelling it. Maybe there is protocol to cancel a game and to avoid fines etc you need the local authority to cancel it rather than the club themselves.

    There will be protocol. The club will be in contact with the EFL as well as the emergency services.

    Well, I live in Rownhams and can see the plumes from here. Not only that but tiny bits of white ash are even landing on my car outside. That's 5 miles away

    The other issue is trying to get the correct info to all fans, both Saints and PNE, as soon as possible.
