FT Reading 2-2 Derby we are 5 points clear until Saturday at least!

 

Reading v Derby has finished 2-2 so 5 points clear

 

Fantastic..but why do we finish so late. Every blooming time! I am totally responsible for victory as I went straight into news blackout as soon as we scored. We don't do 1 nils...but we do now!

 

It does annoy me that it will probably happen again and again to other teams and maybe us again in the future.

Still, you're right, the great result is the important thing.

 

That's often the way it goes, it seems. When you're at the bottom you're lucky if you get any decisions go for you.

West Ham's defeat wasn't as bad as they feared, as Reading scored late on, against Derby. They're still second, 5 points adrift.

 

So watch out Blackpool, 2 out of 3 relegated clubs dispatched at St Mary's, we're coming for you.

 

This was a tough month..so far 4/6 points gained against the teams below us (mind you they're all below us). Bring on Reading!

On to Reading, to face a team that has taken just six points in six home games, followed by a Middlesbrough side that has suddenly forgotten how to win. And all the teams in the top six facing each other or someone equally tough on the weekend.

 

Our next six opponents are all looking bloody useless at the moment. Are we gonna run away with this?

 

We can beat absolutely anyone at home nowadays, and we should be able to get at least a point off most sides away. It's all looking very good!

 

Really looking forward to Saturday now, its going to be a quality atmosphere and for those of you who are not lucky enough to be going get in front of a screen, no excuses!

 

Results are all over the place at the moment. We got promotion from League 1 because we just kept going, beat our competitors, and others dropped points. We even stay top when we drop points. Beginning to believe it's written in the stars.

 

I know its early in the season but this could be the defining result of our season

 

Have to congratulate Steve Cotterill on a very useful victory against Boro.

 

A 1-0 win, our 16th consecutive home league win, 5 points clear at the top, our first clean sheet for ages, a maximum capacity crowd and without Lallana. I'm sore from pinching myself!

 

There is the slightest scintilla of belief that we may possibly be the real thing Mr Claridge.
