Adebayor isn't match fit after his back injury, same as Dembele with his hip injury. BAE is still injured as is Kaboul. The only one who could realistically fit in is Lloris and we all know where everyone stands on that issue.
The changes that Villas-Boas could've made, in my opinion, were at the back. Lloris or Friedel, Dawson or Naughton in for Gallas. I guess Sigurdsson for Dempsey is a possibility, too. I can understand his choices. Are they right? We'll know in a couple of hours.
